Frequently Asked Questions

What is the goal of the game?

An Escape Game is a life-sized role-playing and puzzle-solving game. The concept is simple: you have 60 minutes to complete a mission in a unique setting.

No need to panic—you’re in a team! Together, you go further (or as we say, the more, the merrier!).

You don’t need Einstein’s IQ to enjoy this activity—just stay alert and communicate well with your teammates!

First, you need to book your game session (right here: leblockhaus.4escape.io/booking). You will then receive a confirmation email.

Then, it’s simple: join us on the day of your game at our Escape Game venue.
One requirement: please arrive on time. Otherwise? Well, your game time will unfortunately be reduced.

Finally, a Game Master will guide you throughout your adventure.

  • Mission Eureka: 3 to 6 players
  • Operation Fortitude: 3 to 6 players
  • The Grey Wolf: 2 to 5 players
  • The Factory: 2 to 6 players
  • Due to the difficulty of the puzzles, the activity is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
  • Ages 8 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • 16 and older can play without supervision!

Of course, but only for three of our missions: “Mission Eureka”, “Le Loup gris” and “La Fabrique”! You can play in English if French is too harsh.

Plan for 1h30 in total. You will have 60 minutes to escape the room. However, this also includes 30 minutes for briefing and debriefing.

For the best experience, please be punctual!

Payment is made online at the time of your booking.

You can only pay on-site if you wish to use “Chèques Vacances”.

Rest assured, the doors are secure and can be opened in case of an emergency.

Additionally, you are monitored throughout the game by a Game Master via cameras and microphones. However, nothing is recorded—so no worries, you won’t end up on YouTube searching for clues! 😄

Your heart rate might rise a little due to the adrenaline rush from our immersive environments, but you won’t experience the same sensations as sprinting a 100m at 25 km/h!

Yes, it is absolutely possible as long as the maximum number of players per room is not exceeded.

The additional fee will need to be paid on-site.

Tickets are not personalized, so you can have someone else take their place.

However, if you can’t find a replacement, no refund will be issued.

Our reception hall is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Two of our rooms can be considered: Mission Eureka and Operation Fortitude. We recommend including at least one person without physical disabilities in the team to best handle the puzzles that require physical manipulation. Please contact us in advance to discuss this before your visit.

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our rooms, except for assistance dogs. 🐶
